Please read these prior to check in.

PLEASE PROVIDE A PHOTO OF YOUR LICENCE PRIOR TO CHECK IN.
PARKING PASS TO BE RETURNED TO THE ORIGINAL POSITION WITHIN THE APARTMENT $500 replacement cost will be imposed.
STRICTLY NO SMOKING
Smoking on the property both indoors and within the grounds is strictly prohibited. If there is any evidence of smoking inside the property you will be charged an additional $3000 for a specialised clean to eliminate odours and remove chemical residue before future guests may use the space.
LOST OR DAMAGED KEYS
Please note: This is the guests responsibility for lost or damaged keys. If guests lose keys or lock keys inside the property and require access, a security call out fee will apply. If replacement keys need to be cut, key barrels need to be replaced, or in secure complexes, re-keying is required costs will be calculated based accordingly and charged to the guest.
PET POLICY
NO PETS ALLOWED.
An immediate eviction without refund. All damages, cleaning and applicable costs will be charged to the guest.

Please put all rubbish in bins outside at the side of the house.
Wash dishes and put away.
Please Turn off lights & fans.
Remove all items from fridges and cupboards.
Remove all personal items.
Close all windows.
Lock doors.
Place key in lockbox and lock.
Return Parking pass to original location.
damage to property cleaning and damages
On departure, your accommodation is to be left in a clean and tidy state. Saltee Beach House must be left in the condition it was in upon guests arrival. Extra cleaning charges will apply if this condition is breached and will be deducted from your deposit or credit card. Excess cleaning fees up to will apply (e.g. rubbish not being removed, dishes not washed and put away, barbecues not cleaned). Please report any existing damage to the property upon your arrival. Please immediately report any damage which occurs during your stay. Extra cleaning and linen change can be arranged during your stay for an additional charge, at a cost to you. Please contact management for further details. Damages or breakages of furniture or furnishings must be reported immediately. Breakages or damages to the property and all communal or external areas that are caused by any guest and/or a guest’s visitor will be charged and recouped in full from the guest. Excess cleaning required on departure or replacement of items removed from the accommodation will be charged to the guest. Furniture, fixtures and fittings are not to be altered or moved between rooms or properties. There will be a charge incurred if furniture is not returned to its original location. Registered guests only - no additional persons permitted on property at all times. Immediate eviction without refund.

No personal belongings are to be left in the property. No food or other items to be left in the property.

DAMAGE TO PROPERTY SECURITY DEPOSIT
Guests and their company will be liable for any damage to the property whether accidental or malicious damage. A refundable security deposit will be collected prior to check in. The security deposit of $500 will be collect prior to check which is refunded within 14 days of upon checkout completion of checkout after a damage inspection. Guest verification ID process required. Photo ID Licence with address must be collected before check in by host.
INDEMNITY
Guests and their visitors actions, conduct and safety are the responsibility of the Guests. We do not condone: unsafe, irresponsible or illegal actions/behaviour etc. on or off the premises, during a stay or at any other time. A condition of entering and/or staying at this property means that all Guests understand and agree to indemnify the agent and owners against any responsibility or action(s) (legal or other), due to any action(s), incident(s), loss or injury(s) while within or outside of the premises (including, but not limited to, the grounds, facilities, structures, etc.) during a stay or at any other time.
I acknowledge this agreement and agree I will pay for all and any damages caused by either myself, my other guests or other persons. Photo ID Licence with address must be collected before check in by host.
