Children
We welcome children of all ages to our property. Steps and balconies need to be taken into consideration before booking. Please note there are no baby gates or stair barriers and supervision is the responsibility of parents & guardians. Please contact management if you need further information. No refund will be given if the accommodation is deemed unsuitable after check in. Supervision of children around fireplaces, stairs, balconies, roads, driveways, bunk beds and all areas of the property and surrounds are the sole responsibility of parents/guardians and the owners and management accept no responsibility.

Returned promptly after check-out once the home is left in a clean, calm condition.
Guests and their company will be liable for any damage to the property whether accidental or malicious damage. A refundable security deposit will be collected prior to check in.

The security deposit of $3,000 will be collected prior to check in which is refunded within 14 days upon checkout completion after a damage inspection. All damages will be deducted from security deposit.

Treat the home and its curated coastal pieces with the same care you’d give your own space.
Please keep noise low after 10pm. Slow coastal evenings for all.
No moving large furniture; many pieces are vintage or delicate.
Use sunscreen outside only; it protects our fabrics and furnishings.

Enjoy it, soak it up, unwind but stay safe.
No glass in the pool area; please use the outdoor-safe cups provided
Children must be supervised at all times.
No running or diving. Keep things relaxed.

You’re welcome to cook, gather, and enjoy long meals
Please leave cooking spaces tidy and clean after use.
If using the BBQ, clean it once cooled. Keeps it fresh for the next guest.

A light clean-down before checkout helps us keep the house running smoothly.
Please place rubbish in the outdoor bins and separate recycling
If anything spills, wipe it promptly to protect surfaces and vintage pieces.

We get it, things happen. Just let us know so we can fix it quickly.
Unreported damage may be deducted from the security bond.
On departure, your accommodation is to be left in a clean and tidy state. Saltee Beach House must be left in the condition it was in upon guests arrival. Extra cleanin charges will apply if this condition is breached and will be deducted from your deposit or credit card. Excess cleaning fees up to will apply (e.g. rubbish not being removed, dishes not washed and put away, barbecues not cleaned).
Please report any existing damage to the property upon your arrival. Please immediately report any damage which occurs during your stay. Extra cleaning and linen change can be arranged during your stay for an additional charge, at a cost to you. Please contact management for further details. Damages or breakages of furniture or furnishings must be reported immediately. Breakages or damages to the property and all communal or external areas that are caused by any guest and/or a guest’s visitor will be charged and recouped in full from the guest. Excess cleaning required on departure or replacement of items removed from the accommodation will be charged to the guest. Furniture, fixtures and fittings are not to be altered or moved between rooms or properties. There will be a charge incurred if furniture is not returned to its original location. Registered guests only - no additional persons permitted on property at all times. Immediate eviction without refund.

Guests and their visitors actions, conduct, and safety are the responsibility of the guests. We do not condone: unsafe, irresponsible, or illegal actions/behaviour etc. on or off the premises, during a stay or at any other time. A condition of entering and/or staying at this property means that all guests understand and agree to indemnify the agent and owners against any responsibility or action(s) (legal or other), due to any action(s), incident(s), loss or injury(s) while within or outside of the premises (including but, not limited to, the grounds facilities, structures, etc.) during a stay or at any other time.
I acknowledge this agreement forms part of the booking agreement and agree I will pay for all and any damages caused by either myself, my other guests or other persons. Only registered guests via booking confirmation and communications allowed on property additional visitors/ guests immediate eviction with no refund will apply.
